OUR BASE RENTAL TYPICALLY INCLUDES TABLES, CHAIRS, BASIC SETUP AND BREAKDOWN, AND A DEDICATED EVENT COORDINATOR. ADDITIONAL ITEMS LIKE EXTRA AV EQUIPMENT, LINENS, OR CUSTOM SETUPS MAY INCUR EXTRA FEES.
YES! WE WELCOME OUTSIDE VENDORS WITH PRIOR APPROVAL. IF YOU’RE USING AN OUTSIDE CATERER, THEY MUST BE LICENSED AND INSURED.
YES, A $500 DEPOSIT AND SIGNED CONTRACT ARE REQUIRED TO OFFICIALLY SECURE YOUR DATE. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS TYPICALLY DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
ABSOLUTELY! WE ENCOURAGE TOURS AND ARE HAPPY TO SCHEDULE A WALKTHROUGH. OUR OFFICE HOURS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 10 AM – 5 PM
CANCELLATIONS MADE MORE THAN 14 DAYS IN ADVANCE WILL RECEIVE A FULL DEPOSIT REFUND. CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN 7–14 DAYS OUT WILL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND. UNFORTUNATELY, CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EVENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
